 Mr. Bikram Pandey is the President and the founder of Kalika Group. Mr. Pandey has been a very successful entrepreneur with over 35 years of experience in various sectors. He has founded several successful companies such as Kalika Construction, Kalika FM, Kalika InfoTech and Kalika International Trading.
Mr. Pandey has ensured that the company continues to maintain high levels of quality and service, as it has become known for throughout the world. Under his leadership, Kalika Group has opened offices in Baltimore, Maryland, USA and Kathmandu, Nepal and is pursuing a corporate culture of teamwork and pride. He has earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. |

 Paru Pandey is the Marketing Director of Kalika Construction. Paru is responsible for monitoring client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction, as well as leading the Kalika Construction Company’s sales, marketing and business development efforts. With over twenty one years of experience in sales and marketing within the architectural and construction industries, Paru has a proven track record in identifying new business opportunities, developing new marketing tools and managing marketing efforts. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree. |

Nicholas Pandey |

 Mr. Nicholas Pandey is a Director of Kalika Construction; Nick often leads Kalika Construction’s pre-construction efforts for both development and third party projects of variable sizes, and then oversees project management operations during the construction phase and through turnover. Nick retains several years of experience within the construction industry, progressively earning more responsible project management positions with nationally and internationally recognized construction organizations. He has a proven track record in the successful delivery of dozens of new and renovation construction projects work such as 300 KM long road construction in Eastern Nepal. Nick holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration.
